I'm beginning to feel there may be too many of these each year now. Perhaps 4 a year (1 per quarter) would be a better fit, but they are great for training skills you usually don't. Hit a few 99's in the past week because of doing all the tasks. While it may take away from doing what you want, it does help in other areas.

They are already done once per quarter - that's the current frequency.

I'm a fan. I think of it like slayer for the entire game - it forces some variety and makes me remember why I love skills I haven't had a reason to do in a while.

Actually, they are every 6 weeks, which is 6 a year. there is 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off. But I do agree they push you back to skills you are sometimes hesitant to go to and force a bit of variety. I would like to see the choice between 2 skills return, with the skill n kill method turned into a third option. I think there was only 1 farming and arch task this time, while we had 4 divination ones. A little more variety of the variety would be appreciated, lol.

6 weeks on and 6 weeks off is 12 weeks, or 3 months. That's 4 times a year.

Skill and kill is nice, but you have to have Xp to make it work.
I want to open up my clue scrolls, but get nothing from S&K so i haven't been doing them.

Some task are clue scroll related, but not that many so i have to bid my time.

Also, joined 2015, glad you're posting now. Feel free to join us on discord too.

I'm a bit late with a response . But I personally think that the events last too long.
I finished a long long time ago and the bonus, what is it 20% XP boost?
I agree, same with dxp events , happen too often.

Yak should be about quality not quantity . The cosmetics rewards are mostly "meh"
They should spend more time on creating better designs .
Just my take.
