Brawling Gloves

Got my first pair of brawling gloves (prayer) with a slayer monster - Abby Demons.

Anyone else gotten any of these with normal monsters and if so - what?

Apparently they are a drop on the rare drop table. Super rare but super awesome. Congrats!

Thanks, never had prayer ones before, just looking up the xp you can gain from these and it adds to the gilded altar - awesome xp.

I also got a pair of the prayer ones from an abby demon slayer task. Had to look into what they were as I had never heard of them before. Pity I am 99 prayer, but if I ever decide to go for 120, tnhey'll come in handy. Congrats on yours

I got a pair of firemaking brawlers at ice strykewyrms. Rather useless since I have 200m firemaking lol. Also got a shield left half on that task, considering the rarity of the drops, I feel a bit cheated.

Got a pair of Magic brawling gloves at Dark Beasts.

Do these gloves stack if the same type?

They do not (unless they changed this when brawlers were added to the drop table).

That's interesting, seems that a fair few monsters are now dropping them and not just those of the highest levels.

Just got my 2nd pair from abby demons... these ones are ranged. Never saw a pair in 3 years, now suddenly 2 in a month. I feel these type of drops are the best thing for bonus xp rather than all those lamps and stars that keep appearing on the Treasure Hunter. Maybe we will see less free xp on T.H and more of it this way, making players actually play the game

That would be good. I also like the fact you actually have to play the game to get this type of bonus XP rather than just get it from Treasure Hunter. And it's always a nice moment when you get a decent drop like these.

I think its a good idea changing how to get brawlers, they were so rare previously to this update no one ever gets them so it is kind of pointless.. but now at least theres a common ish drop rate for people who kill monsters which is great

Got a pair of Hunter gloves from Dark Beasts. Was a nice surprise.
