Post subject:  Fishing ???
Is it kind of like woodcutting in the fact that the more people at a single spot = less turnout for individual people? Or is that just woodcutting. I've always tried to go to the pond with the least pile on top of it.

The amount of people on a spot has no effect on how soon it runs out.

Yes, I believe the switching spots is random and isn't determined by the number of people at that individual spot.

I'm going to confirm what everyone else has stated that it is random. However, if you're looking to get XP rather than actual fish to cook/sell, I would recommend doing C2 fishing in Daemonheim. I know this used to be some of the best fishing XP in the game, therefore it was slightly nerfed. But I still think its decent XP and would add a little variety to the monotony of fishing. Since fish stack in DH now, it might be something to consider. Just thought I'd share. Best of luck to you in your endeavors! :)

Fishing in C2 Daemonheim, just for the fishing xp? Do you just find the fishing spots and fish them out, then leave the dungeon, or do you complete the rest of the dungeon as well? Interesting concept. I'm training fishing atm and just do Barbarian Fishing. I should give dungeoneering fishing a try.

I've heard that people do it in duos with shared xp on, with one person rushing through the floor and the other milking any fishing spots that they find. I've heard it's around 80k-100k experience an hour if you get lucky.

Yes fishing xp in daemonheim is good, whenever I do a C2-C6 dungeon I always fish.
