There is nothing about it that seems legitimate, being all sent at once isn't what is going to give it away. Or if it does, last line of defence for someone who is easily tricked into giving out their password.

But it was the text wrap. Otherwise you'd need to get an account named Mod Mark, which you can't since one already exists. Also, no way their name assigner would let you make a name with "mod" in it. And if you were able to somehow obtain access to that account #1 you wouldn't need to be phishing #2 it'd have the crown. And even if they were able to get a crownless Mod Mark, you'd still be able to report his text, not just the "RS Server" text. And if it was real at all, why would you even be able to report a server message?

And last of all, why would they make Trekkie a pmod? That's the first thing that gives it away haahahha J K so funne rite

I knew about being able to trick people with this a day after the update, but I didn't phish. I messed with friends pretending to be NightmareRH or ChrisArchie and say they won 500m.

Well I think it's a pretty obvious fake and hack attempt since -J-Mod have gold crown next to their names -They PM you via your ingame mailbox, not via private message -They'll never ask you to visit an other site. I find it sad that after so many years (I think 3+ years since I've quit), there's still people trying to hack. I guess that's because runescape is increasing in popularity, so more newbies start playing, thus making tons of easy and naive persons to scam/hack. I guess there always will have ***** in that game, no matter.

He must of had some sway with the higher ups to get a position like that. Maybe some "favors" were exchanged...money, drugs, alcohol. We all know how it works. Don't worry though trekkie.
