Post subject:  Is this a bot?

Just wanted some opinion's on whether this could be a sign of botting. The past several month's, I have been cooking in the cooking guild. I'm not there all the time, but when I am there I notice frequently that players seem to get stuck outside the guild, along the wall where the guild bank is. I've seen them stay there for hours, which leads me to believe that they are a bot that perhaps is trying to access a bank but can't because it's behind closed doors.

Today I saw two of them standing in the same spot . I finally decided to report them both for botting after several hours had passed with no movement. Here's a picture of the location I'm referring to.

Seems quite suspicious to me. Especially if a character stands in the same spot for a long time without moving.

I would say that it's a bot... Because if they were there for a long time afk, they would log automatically.

I'm not trying to defend them in the least bit, but what if they were standing there fletching bolts or arrows?
It's always an option <3

Problem is they were there for hours, with no movement, and they had no access to the guild bank since it's behind two closed doors.

I would say that the bot glitched... The bothersome part is that they mustve been a high level to have been in the guild... It just shows that even the higher ranked players are giving up.

Unfinished arrows and bolt tips and feathers are stackable so you don't need a bank. But it probably was a bot.

As for being a high level, the cooking guild is like a strangely low requirement I thought.

Yes, it has a requirement of 40 cooking, but to use the range requires varrock armour 3 or 4.

Don't think that would help. I also think it's a bot. I've seen some people stand around like that or move in odd patterns that I don't think a normal person would do. An example is like when I'm mining coal, a person will go to rocks that have clearly been mined by me already. That's an obvious bot or just a really stupid person or maybe a person with a ton of lag. :P

If they had a ton of lag, they wouldn't just stand there
