"I open up Runescape and what do I see?
A brand new, bright home page with colors of glee.
Wherefore this new change for a site so well known?
Perhaps to get players or set a new tone."

Ok, I suck at rhyming obviously, but I thought I might try and make the topic interesting. I blame it on English class and over analyzing sonnets. Anyways, what do you guys think of the new home page? I need to see where some of the new buttons are, but I think it has potential to work out better than their previous home pages.

It's very nice, although unfortunately, some of the pages haven't really received much of an update (like the actual post pages), and I have no idea why they kept the same nav bar...

But I like the content slider. All in all, an improvement, IMO.

I think it's better. Makes it seem a lot more modern. I do agree with getting the people off there. It's quite annoying.

Wow, Jagex is really going with the "Mage/Warrior chick with big breasts and cleavage to attract nerds" crap, just like AdventureQuest, WoW, and those ******* third-party knockoff MMOs.

Jagex, I am disappoint.

Get rid of the people, the nav bar, and update all pages of the site, not just the homepage. I hate how Jagex does that. They updated the smithing interface but for crafting tiaras and the like, it's still the same old thing. They need to do a complete renovation or don't do it all.

I agree about the people, they shouldn't be there. And since the only reason I'm ever on the front page is to get the hell into the game, I'm not happy they moved the country flags down to the bottom of the page, it slows me down up to two seconds per day.

I'm neutral, I don't hate it or love it, it's just a change and it doesn't really affect how i play the game. Besides, I use the toolbar to go straight into the game and to check news...

Agreedx3983739873. They did say they were changing things one at a time, so I'm sure we'll see the actual pages more modernized soon. All in all, besides what hummerwar so quaintly said, I like the changes. Quick poll ftw.

I think it's a nice change (coming from a guy that hates change just for the hell of it). Looks a little more modernized. And when you compare it to the original site, it's pretty amazing. Nice change, even though it will take a little bit to figure out where things are I don't mind it.
