I always pay for the farmers to cut it down for me. 200gp per patch isn't really a big deal and if you want the fastest/macimum xp, don't chop it down yourself or else you're wasting a lot of time. |

I pay to have them chopped. It takes to much time. I have 99firemaking and don't need the woodcutting xp. 200gp is nothing. and faster farming xp in the longhall. |

I chop them, but I don't need the xp and I hate having to empty my inventory, so I may start paying them. |

I chop em and burn the logs. I like getting a bit of firemaking exp while I'm at it because I'm otherwise too lazy to mass burn logs . It makes my farming runs longer but that's about all I do on Runescape on weekdays anyway, so it doesn't make much difference for me ![]() |

I chop my trees myself. I don't bother with hiring someone to chop them even I've been thinking about doing it. |

I pay for them always, although during the last BXPW, I was so behind on schedule, I had to pay to cut my magics. Which I thought was a bit of a waste. |

I chop them and either burn or fletch the logs. My approach to skill leveling is to work on multiple skills simultaneously, instead of concentrating on one skill at a time. To me that doesn't make too much sense since the skills work together and I'm in no rush to achieve the single 99. Obviously, farming trees, woodcutting, firemaking and fletching work hand in hand to level all of those skills together. Similarly, farming herbs, and herblore work together... so does mining and smithing, etc. I'm more of a DIY kinda guy and like how I can practically make or gather almost anything I need. I also like that many of my skills are increasing together, which gives me the capability to do more things and train in different ways. Quick for me does not take priority over taking advantage of the experience you could get, even if it takes longer. |

I pay them to remove it from the patch. I like doing farming runs as fast as I can, and it doesn't give me any substantial amount of woodcutting xp from chopping. I don't need the logs either. -Run to patch -Look at (check) tree -Pay a farmer to rip it out of the ground -Throw seeds on the ground -Bribe the farmer to "tree-sit" them -Teleport ![]() |

As im only lvl 60 farming atm, I havent had the chance to plant any Yew trees so i always pay to have my trees cut and plant another to train my farming. Il probably keep doing it until im 70 farming using willows. |
