Probably melee. I like getting up in the face of my enemy and chopping him up with my scimitar.
Hybrid? What, is that like imbuing a weapon or arrow with magic?

Range is where its at, except when you boss hunt, then Range/Defence is whats up =) |

I do think most people do melée for speed and defence. It just seems easyest and most convient. |

Ya i agree that melee is the easiest and best because its over powered but range/defence is definitely a strong one too! |

Well, I mostly do melee but sometimes a combination. Usually I don't do mage though. |

I want to like magic the most, but it is inconvenient and expensive for almost everything. I chose melee because you don't have to buy ammo/runes. |

Yah, same here, the runes for magic are a pain, and you have to have a relatively large amount to do serious damage. |

The only reason i trained str and atk is because i needed it to train defense quickly. As for being overpowered? it depends on the combat of the person.. range tanks max out at 109 combat (w/o summoning) and ive had 119's run away from me cause they ran out of food. maxed combat is of course where melee comes in. and around 75 and lower magic still has the key role. Ioff topic there..sorry but yea.. i just cant stand training melee cause its so slow >.< and guess what... you've got to have high ranged and defense to get an ags drop
