go to karamja catch some lobs....then cook them and say....trading (for exmaple) 10 cooked lobs for 10 uncooked
....do the same provedure but it is only for cooking tho...

I'm lvl 44/53 fishing, and 46/53 cooking. What would be the fastest way to gain these levels? Just lobby fishing in Catherby & cookin my lobbies? I've considered this... |

Yes lobster fishing and cooking in catherby would probally be the fastest... If I were you I would consider getting your magic up so you can do family crest and get cooking gauntlets so you wont burn lobbies as much |

@Dima -- one thing, its only for cooking what you said... and also theres the inconvenience of no bank close by & 60gp charge per trip... Ok thanks mike, I'll try doing that

What mike suggested about the gauntlets will really help you out, and the quickest place wil be at catherby, not karajama |

Well in F2P the best (only, I think) for lobbies is on Karamanja... but to just train em I'd just fisk, cook, drop, etc. If I do it in Catherby, I also get to keep all my lobbies
And for Family Crest, I need to train my magic...

best way to get fishing and cooking up would be to fish and cook 
but seriously big net fish and cook its like 60exp for one of those fish which aint bad, otherwise feather fish, its easy

Big netting is another good possibility if your having no luck with lobbies at catherby |
