I dont kno if another post like this was made, but what is the point of those spells?

1. telly-others during war to decrease mubers, adn improve your strength through numbers.

2. well heres where i need help.

i cant find any good reasons for this. if you have a clan war ir means one clan against another. not tellying eachother away.

if somebody has liek 75+ mage, why should they telly block? they would most likely have a high cbt lvl and therefore be deeper in the wildy, since u cant telly past 20, (30 with glory), there is no point. unless of course u are ladder pking, which is just cheap. they should have kept the ladder because that bank should be open to people even not pking. this gives people an unfair advantage.

post your thoughts here.

Tele other is like a trade, a screen comes up that you must accept to be teleported. This means you can't randomly tele a noob to lumby, they must accept.

Teleblock stops the person from teleing for a certain amount of time, which includes levers so people can't run to ardy tele or the mage arena bank. So basically it's used to stop your oponent from running, because if your in 40+ wild, and get blocked, you almost garenteed to die.

Teleothers has no purpose other than simply helping a low level person out. If they couldn't teleport themselves you know.

Tele block is very useful however. It stops the person from casting teleporting spells, using teleportation jewelery, AND from operating teleportation levers for 5 minutes. Levers like the one near the mage's arena in deep wild.

You can see how that would be usefull in pk'ing right?

Tele-other really has no point. Jagex, I think, is just trying to make some use out of soul runes.

I thought if you turn "accept aid" on in your settings you can be tele-ed by anyone?

Tele other is also good for training magic...
And your wrong about the "aid" ..
You can't recieve any popup window if you have it off..
And if you have it on, there will be a popup window, and you still need to agree..

the other day i saw a pair of mages casting teleother on each other in lumbridge, i think it must be good xp. and teleblock, its really useful :( if a clan with a teleblocker catches you at the ardy lever, kiss your rune goodbye.

A mate of mine turned me on to this pking video on tip.it (only time o've been there  ) with this level 99 mage combat 90... ish? Anyway, he teleblocked this 100 somethin guy at the green dragons, which he was like :!: crap :!: . The mage chases him down through the video and ends up getting a maul and dragon legs. The guy was skulled.

It was a really cool video, cool soundtrack too :)

Basicly, tele block makes the whole wilderness more dangerous, they even said it in the updates, because so many people are doing clues and not getting killed, so they’ve decided to make it more dangerous, they moved a part from the quest Holy Crap to wildy to make it more “dangerous” Tele other is basicly helping your friends if they’re in danger, or it’s a spell u can train and it’s better than normal teles, just stand in lumbdrige and tele ur friend over and over again. Or help them escape wildy. Basicly it’s just another use of soul runes considering soul runes are pretty much useless
