Most of you people probably have already done it but for noobs like me :lol: , be careful and get SHARKS and LOBBYS and GNOME FOOD and GOOD ARMOR (at least rune) before you even THINK about doing dragon slayer. As i headed calmly towards the fearsome Elvarg, i thought that i would whup him, considering i had beaten the lesser demon earlier. DO NOT THINK THAT! Although it seems that elvarg is a harmless lvl 83, it in truth is equal and hits as a lvl 105! i had almost ful rune on and had my best food and i nearly died! The only reason i survived i cause i hit a last like 8 and it died. beware while fighting it becuase it can do fire blast up to 4 times in a row and do like up to 8-9 damage each time! Unlike me, i STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO CHARGING INTO THIS QUEST UNTIL YOU ARE AT LEAST LVL 65! Just warning you. :lol:

Dude, you make it sound SOOOO hard.. I did that quest at lvl 52, and had no difficulty killing elvarg. Just bring about 10 lobs and a rune scimmy and you should kill him. Easily.

I did this quest at level 55, and my friends did it at level 52. If you have level 37 prayer use it, stops the dragon fire hurting, but otherwise, just attack it with rune scimi.

Also, I only used 12 lobs.

i did this quest a long time ago, i was lvl 35-40 i think. my stats are 40 attk, 40 str, 20 def. i wore full mith when fighting the dragon "Elvarg". he was as easy as eating cake with your hands cuffed on your back. i used full inventory of lobs and some essential stuff. i was so happy when slayed the dragon i was like "OMG im king! i slayed the dragon at a nooby lvl!!" and i was talking with some guys on the way back to karamja, i was attacked by a lesser and as i was typing i didnt realise that i died. good thing i lost a worthless full mith... i still manage to get back the rune scimmy lol.

on my rsc main 2 years back then, you guys wont believe it, i was lvl 55 and going to fight the dragon, back then they were lvl 110, guess what? I USED MITH PLATE AND RUNE BAXE TO SLAY THE DRAGON!! no problem at all... no need to worry much as long as you are experienced and willing to do so.

i did it at lvl 55 with full addy and a rune pick! but i used 23 lobbys lol. i didnt really find it hard but it was a really LOOOONGGG one. but thats nothing compared to underground passage for example...omg! long!

I did it in rsc as well... lvl 42, full rune(w/o pl8 obviously) rune long and str pots, lobbies. piece of cake the second time :roll:

lol that quest was easy kid, i beat it at lvl 42 hes not that hard... just bring an inventory of food. rune full, rune legs, rune baxe, runechain, anti drag fire sheild... peice of cake

Very easy, especally in RS2.

I was lvl55 with full addy, rune long and of course, dragon fire shield. Elvarg did hit hard some times but it was not too hard :P

rofl dude...it wasn't hard. i was lvl 45, and i assumed i would die so i brought 3 items. i was dam poor back then, so i wore my only prized possesion (lol). addy (g) plate, mithril laegs and mithril battleaxe. full inventoryt of trout (yes, trout) and i owned him!

i did it at level 60 in rsc...used 6 swordies :x i was the absolute most impure thing ever (and yes for you newer players, that was a bad thing)
