all i can say is wow. i recently made another account on runescape, based off my first ever gamer name. then, the next day, i looked at all my acounts and realized i have 9 of them O_o
1 first there was potatoreaper. first account, main account, best account. i created him about 2 years ago, when pures were really picking up. when i became member i became fustrated by players descrimination against defense. that combined with my losing to pures at the arena prompted me to be the tank i am today
2 while i was non member for the first two months, i created my first alt (alternative account). named "p reaper 2" for bank space, back when i was a beginner and to indecisive about what my bank could have in it. he's mostly inactive now
3 next came my first attempt at a pure. "i am ienzo" based off of xezion, the dark sorcerer from kindom hearts KOM. i decided i did him wrong and gave him away to some newbie.
4 after completeing the underground pass i decided to take another shot at a mage pure, this time based off the powerful iban. many of you know this one, "ibans flesh". i've never got around to finishing his stats. the ultimte goal for him is to get him through roving elves to get access to iban blast and to letya for quick charges. strongest low level mage pure ever he will be
5 around the time of my completing recipe for disaster another idea sprung upon me. i would make a legends quest pure. with the minimum skills to wear full dragon armour. the absolute minimum. this account was known as "spud chaotic". he's still sort of a defense pure at the moment, as i've not bothered making him a member ever. he's very ill supplied at the moment, but that will change in about a half hour if i ever decide to work on him a bit.
6 somewhere, i don't know when exactly, a friend of mine stopped playing, and gave me her account, thus i aquired "sirstrudel99" whom i'm really just hanging onto till she returns sometime. hopefully
inactive7 another unknown time, many of the rsbandb forum users made imitation mike/shane accounts, all based on ourselves with the famous 12088 numbers, thus birthing "potato12088". all i know is that he's a hemit. not alowed to buy things from other players, just sell stuff. the plan is for each skill to be raised exactly the minimum on one type it has to to progress, like cut logs exactly to 15 wc then go oaks exactly to 30, willows exactly to 45, etc. with mining smithing it goes backwards though. mine exactly enough copper-tin sets to get 15 smithing, exactly enough iron for 30 smithing, exactly enough iron-coal sets for mith at whatever level, etc.
8 then, at the dawn of the mithril dragons coming, much discussion broke out as to what was behind the seemingly impenetrable mithril door. after the journal pieces were all pieced together, many believe that it was adamant dragons hiding behind the door, but adamant, being a dark green, would not produe a bright green flash like the pages describe. so as a gimmick to portray my ideas, i created and memberized "mithril door" to speak on the forums, and he has since become my #1 most used alt, and furthest progressed. he is a proselyte pure, gaining power each day. (reaper is out of membership so i'll be on this guy for the next 1-2 weeks)
9 lastly, i created the account that sparked this topic. back in the glory days of the n64 system, i played a multiplayer espionage fps called "perfect dark" with my friends regularly. since they had the game and i didn't, they were better, and i always died first, thus i made my name there "1st2Di", which stood for "first to die". i was limited by the maximum name size >.> thus yesterday, remembering that, i created "1st 2 Di", an account which has not even set foot on tutorial island, and as of yet has no purpose.
so, i have a rediculous number of accounts indeed. i only play on 2 of them regularily really. potatoreaper as my main, and one of the other random accounts just to tune them up a bit, usually a few months each at a time. currently my 2nd is mithril door.
so i've told you about all of my accounts, now i want to hear from you
