It's pathetic. I remember appealing on an old account for macroing and they replied saying "We have conclusive evidence that you were in control of the account at the time." If I was in control of my **** account how the hell was I macroing? |

They may have been all done personally at one time; and then with such a big update they didn't have enough man power to answer them all personally. |

Exactly, I think they only automate messages when they are resieving so many of the same questions that it would take forever to actually personly answer all of them. I think that when they get the question like 10 times or more they make an automated message for it. |

I once sent a message thanking jagex for banning all autoers and they sent me an autoed reply talking about scams lolololol. |

I don't get jagex. They say like 2 letters then they auto the rest. =/ Maybe if we ask about summoning now... |

Even though the first message is probably a lie even not in these situations, how was he supposed to know that there was going to be a large volume of messages at the time to make it impossible for Jagex's small staff (even smaller due to vacations) to answer them all at the time of his reply? |
