So..apparently it wasn't his fault and it was a rare glitch in the system. Was it when he made the account that it was glitched? Because he'd have had to kill some things on tutorial island and not gain any levels, I'm not sure if he'd gain an HP level or not. Or maybe it was an error in a level 3 when they switched it over from Classic? Or it did it as he was coming to the mainland from Tutorial Island? |

You can go through the Tutorial Island without raising any levels, but you will still have combat 3. The reason is that you are given level 10 HP right from the start. So, yeah, this is some kind of a glitch. |
