Zezima is currently at 999,999,999 xp. I doubt he is saving it up, but rather, I think that 999,999,999 xp is the max, sort of like the 200M cap on skills.

Well there's no technical reason as to why he can't go higher. Also it wouldn't make sense logically if they capped it at 999M. Think about this: 200M XP cap on 23 skills = 4,600,000,000 XP total providing the person maxes out each skill to 200M xp. Then again 4.6B is slightly beyond the range of a standard (unsigned) integer in Java. Although i'm sure Jagex has ways around this. So I bet he's just saving

I think he intentionally stopped at 999,999,999 to confuse people into thinking that that is the max xp
