You are allowed to mention fan sites such as RuneHq however I would suggest that you try your best not to as we would not want you to mention a site that we feel is inappropriate and for you to get into trouble for it.

I'm guessing that sites that they dont like are ones with ads about illegal things in rs, so dont be putting that on rsbandb! 8)

Of course they also dont like sites that encourage illegal activity...

You've been allowed to say the names of fansites such as 'RSBandB' for a long time, but you are not allowed to say the actual websites addresses, or URL's.
It's good to have a confirmation though for some people.

Grrr I deleted the picture.

Well it said "...even if you don't say the URL of the website, you are still advertising and your account will be punished if you are reported. So that means if you say "RsBandb" or "Youtube" even to a friend who knows about the site in private chat you can be punished..."

I've seen Runescape gold ads at RHQ. Anyway, it's nice to know that we can do this. I've been scared I would be banned a few times for saying "RSbandB" to people.

You might be saying the truth but I'll find this hard to believe it 100% since you only quoted instead of took a screenshot. I'm not thinking you're lying but it's possible to edit stuff while putting on a Quote.

Wow you can still be punished for saying the name of a harmless site like Rsbandb and still get banned. I suppose I can't argue since some one opened up a new way to scam web scamming.

You can say the *name* of a fansite ie: rsbandb, rhq, etc, but not the Address!
