Post subject:  This is REALLY dumb...
I have been muted for no apperent reason on RuneScape by a player moderator.

I only repeated what a girl said:

"Steven I can (She said the F-Word) you up you faq", what is a faq?

Is it something bad?

She said it on her main account, and I really hope she gets muted too.

Is this breaking any RuneScape rules?

the lesson here? dont repeat things you dont know. or ask someone first, preferably in rl. but yeh....just be careful what you say/repeat because it can be really offensive to some people.

Normally it does but this girl kept attacking him for hours trying to get him to break. The whole time there were moderators around that didn't do anything till he said something. Of course once she knew he was muted she kept running to her main to taunt him.

Okay, I don't know how you knew all that, but...hey there is this thing called the ignore feature...use it.

And don't repeat anything you hear...I can't see how it helps in any situation.

I'd say thats encouraging others to break rules wouldn't you?

You also could have just reported her for offensive language anyway.

Yes, faq would be considered trying to get around the filter to say faq with a g instead of a q, which would be considered offensive language. I hardly deem it worthy of a mute, but I guess there are some rather young players out there.

He knows this becuase he was with me, cutting Yew logs at the time.

I am unmuted, and the girl that got me muted got banned :lol:

I got a two day mute for saying blow me around to abunch of girls. I didn't know i got muted til my friends talked and i didn't.
