lmao, you speak the truth. member pking is very short, unless you have your prayer window open at all times, then after their first spec, just prot melee and steel skin, then eat while they waste theier specs. after that, pot up, switch prayer from defensive to agressive (ultimate strength and incredibel reflexes), and dish out your own kick $$$ specials on them
anyway, mainiacks, if you want to score an easy and decent pk, you can be a jerk like me and pk the green dragon killers. just find one about 10-18 levels under you (green drags are in level 20-25 wilderness, at least the ones people acutally kill), and wait for them to finish killign a dragon. if thier hits are 2/3 to 1/3 depending on how stong they are compared to you, drink a combat potion, or a super set (don't really need that strong of a boost), and run in to dd(s) spec them. they'll be dead in 2 specs most of the time, then you get a full inventory of geen dragonhides and dragon bones to use or sell. bones sell 1.6k each, and green hides sell 1k each. if you're lucky, they wont have enough time ot active protect item and you might get some of their armor.
other good way to pk is just get 5 or 6 friends within 5-10 levels of you, and go pking in the level 30+ multicombat wilderness. all o fyou kill anything that moves, and split the winnings later. hehe, getting hit with a potted dd(s) special, a magic short spec with rune arrows, and flames/claws/strike/ice barage-blitz-burst-rush kill just about anyone instantly, or at most under 10 seconds from all of the specials, arrows and spells all at once... can you say pwnage?
lasly, the best pking is done on a character specifiaclly designed to pk on. not necessarily a pure, but a well designed character. if you keep attack+str, mage+range, or defense+hitpoints really low, it will keep your combat level down, and let you deal more damage at less of a level. or conversely, keep 2 of them at medium levels and max the hell out of the 3rd catagory and you can also have a sturdy character. Im not going to give a lecture on all the different combat styles, but i will say that some combinateions work better than expected... ie, a mage that wears rune armor, but has a max melee hit of 1, yet has a magic max hit of 20+. i built one, actually works pretty well. the most sucessfull accounts, however, are the smart accounts. just play your cards right, and you canbe a pro pker on anny acc.
