I think it would be cool that if u had 80 construction and 80 runecrafting that you could build a bank right by the law temple man that would be awesome exp and money Put your feedback into this |

No. That makes it WAY to easy. If it were 99 construction and 99 runecrafting it still wouldn't be still way to easy. Maybe 99 both to build a bank on Entrana, but not beside the altar. |

Uhhh, in a word-No. This would completely ruin RC and the prices of laws and every other rune would crash, also cons supply price would rise to high. I don't support. |

Everyone who has enough time and is patient will just get those requirements, then make hell loads of laws and then getm 99 mage much easier. |

NO, but what if you could make a basket that could carry 10 Pure ess then you can get 10 extra runes when you make it? Kind of like a pouch. |

No, because if you could build a bank then it would make RS so much easier, especially if it was right next to the law temple. Other places maybe, but not next to rune temples or places like that. |
