Theres an ol sayin thats good things never last, Everybody here at rsbandb knows that rs is a good thing, so it was meant to "not last" Would this sayin be true or false?  feel free to post opinions over this matter...... im thinking hard on this thought that im stuck on a loop of thought

Well I wouldn't say forever... Depending if the world ended, then everything would cease to exist that was in this world of course. But I don't think Jagex has plans on shutting RuneScape down |

Ofcourse it will last, once Andrew dies, somone else will take over, and so on. And I doubt another MMORPG will take over, because Word of Warcraft is out, and people still play Rs. The only thing that might turn away potential players are the graphics. With technology getting so advanced, so fast, Jagex should be working on a new graphics system, which I don't think they are (they are reworking some monsters right now, which wouldn't seem logicial if a new graphics system was in the works). |

Well I can't see RuneScape lasting forever but I can see RuneScape lasting a considerably long time. Despite the fact of what people say about that Jagex is ruining the economy of RuneScape.I cant see it lasting forever because everything usually tends to go out of fashion. |

Lol. It won't last forever, but it will last for a while... I'll just keep playing until I get bored or something... I'm not planning to play this game forever anyway :p |

Once Runescape 5 is out no one will play Runescape 2 anymore. That is if they get to that number... |

I doubt it will even come to a Runescape 4. They only reason they came out with RS 2 was because the graphics went from 2D to 3D and a lot of other things changed. |

Nothing is permanent. RuneScape will go down when RPGs become unpopular. |
