Some kid traded me askign for my whip, so i put it up to see his offer and he offered 2.4mil rune chain, rune pl8 and rune legs

so i think thats good offer since whips have gone down quite a bit

he declines, and asks for my dragon dagger and white boots so i put them up aswell and he put 24k up and the rune stuff! I declined and reported him

HAH! owned, I hate noob scammers

you cant report if u accept the trade, thats why jagex has the second screen...jagex wont do anything because they think you knew what u was trading.

If that's true they must have just added it, because on more than one accasion I went to trade someone and they tried to swap the coin amount or remove the item real quick then trade me, so I declined and I went to report abuse but the message "You can only report people who you traded with recently" came up. That made me so mad too..

Jagex isin't resposible for items lost in false trades. Next time you trade someone, look carefully at the confirmation window before you press accept to make sure he/she isin't scamming you.

Some players must be really ready and fast for it because they change money amount/Item fast, when on the same trade screen.

He didn't get scammed. He saw it, and declined.
