I just want to know everyone's opinion on the new Parents' Guide Jagex put in, and younger players. Me, I think as long as the younger players can be mature (ish) and not run around using hyperactive chatspeak, they're welcome in the game. In fact, I have a friend who is 10, he is nice and is pretty much the same maturity level as some of my older friends. |

If you look on the left of the RuneScape website, a few links under 'explore the knowledge base' you'll find it. It's a knowledge base article telling parents about RuneScape. |

I highly doubt parents would read that, but if they do, good on Jagex for giving a dam and writing it up I guess. |

Not necessarily needed, but a good idea nonetheless. And yeah, I thought the friends list example was pretty funny. xP |

No parent would care about all that. Once they see you playing a game, they totally consider it as a 'violent, cruel, savage, inhuman' game. All they care about is your education, because with good education, you're gonna get higher pay, and with higher pay, your parents will ask for much more money than usual. Therefore parents are selfish. These comments are stereotyped towards ASIAN parents. |
