I'm sure many of you have heard the ALT+F4 scam. By dropping your items and pressing ALT+F4 you will close the window and lose your items to the scammer. You have to be stupid (no offence) to fall for this. If someone falls for this scam and presses ALT+F4, some Javascript or some code with make a box saying 'Are you sure you want to quit Runescape?' With a box under it saying 'Ok' and 'Cancel' underneath. In firefox with multiple tabs open it asks you if you want to close Multiple tabs. Imagine it like that. Panda This is a runescape suggestion... |

Actually, it doesnt. Its when you click the main menu link or the world select link that you get the "are you sure you want to quit" messages. But yes if you have multiple tabs open in FF it asks you, and you can make Opera confirm exit - whenever you exit it asks "do you want to end this opera session" although thats a setting that isnt selected by default. |

this isnt to do with runescape, this is to do with the browser you use and whether that asks if you want to close it or not. |
