Many people don't care for this skill due to it's costly experience (of the people whom I've met anyways) but for those of us that do, I think the 20 room limit in construction is a major disappointment. I myself have constructed the max 20 rooms in my house and have no more space for a dungeon, which is important quality. If a player is going to pay the required millions of GP to reach such a high level, why not give them their hard works worth?

There are 20 different rooms for a house but is it enough? Is three rooms or less enough to make a satisfying dungeon? I think that many people will agree with me when I say the answer is No. Another repeated room is the combat room, most players have more than one combat ring for different types of fun. Lastly, having a servant requires an extra bedroom so even if you do limit everything to one room each, you will still miss out on a servant.

With this in mind, I propose a increase in the room limit. By how much is up to how much Jagex thinks the carpenters of Runescape deserve for their money drain.
