I started my very first character back in July 2001. It sucked too since back then you could be attacked anywhere if the other person was close to your level.

I created my account in Jan 2002, and played for about 6 monthes and quit for like a year and a half, then somehow i found the website and started playing again :?

Started since feburary 2003, I quit for summer 2003 and I caught up this summer gaining about 200 lvls.

All the way back in 2000. hehe, those were the good ol' days.

Memories:
- Click pickaxe, click rock, groan, repeat
- OMG WTFZ DEWD HOW U AFFORD ADDY LEGS
- Switching silverlight and iron long swords in trades
- All the 'cool' people killed giants and could smith steel :(
- Camping the gates of Asgarnia

I was a late starter :( I started straight into rs2, in April 2004 I think...

You missed Runescapes golden age =-o. The age of 2.5d graphics, free updates, and thinking about mining instead of hitting the rocks.

lol thats when knees didn't bend when you walked. LOL just your whole leg.

I started my first character in January 2000.

- me clicks pic axe clicks rock
- mining was good cause you didn't have to wait on the ore to spawn but it was a pain repeating the mining process
- /me wishes he had 1k cash
- Dang it its so hard to get to lvl 40 attack and defense
- yay im wearing full rune besides the helmet and the legs *(ROFL)*

I miss the good ol' days of rsc. You could make a lot of money fishing and the combat system.
