Hello and welcome to Sythe's guide to Woodcutting. This guide is not what you would call "perfect" but atleast im trying to help. I am leaving out the Tai Bwanno Clean Up Jungle bushes for this guide. I am also leaving out Alchey trees, the fruit/special trees that are grown through farming, dramen tree, and various trees that are mainly for quests. Also leaving out canoes.
NOTE: exp is not very accurate.

Regular Trees - Lvl 1 woodcutting - 25 exp
Charcoal Trees - Lvl 1 woodcutting - 25 exp
Oak Trees - Lvl 15 woodcutting - 37 exp
Willow Trees - Lvl 30 woodcutting - 67 exp
Teak Trees - Lvl 35 woodcutting - 85 exp
Maple Trees - Lvl 45 woodcutting - 100 exp

Part 3 - How to make money with woodcutting

Many people may buy logs for different prices but heres where to mainly buy/sell them and how much they are mostly sold for.

Regular to Willow are usually sold/bought at Draynor Village bank
Oak to Yew are usually sold/bought at Catherby Bank
Oak to Magic are usually sold/bought at Seers Bank
Teak and Mahagony are bought/sold nearly everywhere
Hollow are rarely sold

Regular Logs are about 1-10gp ea
Oak Logs are about 20-50gp ea
Willow Logs are about 50-100gp ea
Teak logs are about 300gp-1k ea
Maple Logs are about 100-200gp ea
Hollow Bark are usually seen for about 200gp-`k ea
Mahagony Logs are about 500gp-2k ea
Yew Logs are about 250gp-300gp ea
Magic Logs are about 900gp-1k ea

Part 4 - What to cut from lvl ??? to lvl ???

Regular should but cut from lvl 1 to 15
Oak Should be cut from lvl 15 to 30
Willow should be cut from lvl 30 to 35 or 50
Teak should be cut from lvl 35 to 45
Maple should be cut from lvl 45-50 to 60-70
Mahagony Should be cut from lvl 50 to 60-70
Yew should be cut from lvl 60-70 to 75-80
Magic should be cut from lvl 75-80 to 99

FAQ

Q: Is Dragon Axe Faster then rune axe?
A: No, its the same as rune except for dragons attack stats, looks and special attack

Q: Where do i go if my axe is broken?
A: Bring it to bob in Lumbridge and he will fix it for you for a certain amount of money.

Q: What should i do if my Axe head flys off?
A: Do not hesitate, pick it up and unequip axe handle and the axe on the handle.

Q: Can Battleaxes be used to cut trees?
A: No

Q: Should i keep cutting the tree if it turns into an ent? (when it starts to shake)
A: Sure if you want your axe to break :wink: but if you dont want it to break then the smart thing to do is stop cutting it.

You forgot Achey Trees. Try adding more pictures. but otherwise it's pretty good.

i said in this discription that i am leaving out alchey trees....i thought the point of a guide was to READ THE WHOLE THING lol...... and if i added pictures for all the trees or most of the trees, it make many ppls computers lag mine.

i don't know if it's different in p2p worlds but in f2p worlds the willows are like 20gp - 30gp
