Post subject:  Rune smith pl0z
Well, i'm about to hit 84 mining and i'm going to need a smither to buy my rune ores for me, problem is finding one.

Does anyone know of a smither that is looking? If so how can i contact them.

You should try contucting someone by the name "Renlong"

Renlong is only 99 combat and F2P yet, he is lvl 99 smithing and the 5th best smither in runescape.

He allways buy rune ores @ a fair price of 10,000 gp a ore.

I know renlong, he's in my clan, 10k each is rather cheap considering most offer 12k but i'll speak to him about it anyway as he has always sold me cheap rune.

Actually people that pay 12k each are VERY HARD to find now days.
If you do find someone that buy for 12k each, he probebly got a limit on how much he spands cus he is makeing LITTLE to NO CASH.
If you gonna sale 200+ ores no one will pay 12k each.

Once in a while you will find ULOVEME buying for 10.5k ea too :?

Little to no cash I think is in accurate. I mean if he is making rune axes...he can easily make 3 to 8k per bar and there are always people buy rune hatchets in f2p. If he goes the full rune route he is still making about 3k a bar when it sells. Not great but not bad either...especially if he does it in bulk. That is at 12k...for 10k well he makes that much more.

or i can trade you rune bars for your rune ores. the trade formula is

1 rune bar = 1 rune ore and 1 nat


u get more value for rune bars, 13k for f2p, 14k to 15k in p2p. just look for me at the mining guild world 1.

the competition for the runites is fierce. the best rate i've seen for runites 12.5k per ore. there'sa lot of high smithers in f2p. they sell rune axes for 15k in bulk so they're making a profit.
