Ok, I'm sure a number of you sent Postie Pete some letters asking for an interview and questions to a specific NPC out here. However, he's not always true to his deliveries, and only gets in maybe 10 a month. Talk about pathetic, maybe they should rehire! Anyways, enough of that said, I made this post so you can type down what you had asked in your letters and to what monster. Maybe as an added bonus, players taking heed to these questions might answer it with their own insights as well *Wink wink*. Saves the depression of a perfectly good question gone to waste since it's a 1 in a thousand chance of your letter getting selected. In a nutshell, and for those who don't like reading explained posts: If you've ever sent a letter to Postie Pete, which NPC did you send it to and what did it say? P.S. If questions and opinions are officially considered 'discussion', then I'm following the criteria. Besides, I think this forum could do with a few new posts. |

I have never sent in a post, because the chances of actually getting a reply put on the site is incredibly slim. Whats more you never get a straight or serious answer. Its designed for children with the attention span of an orange and an IQ to rival garden tools. |

Dear Draynor pig I have a simple question to ask i've been looking for a partner in runescape now for a good four-five years and so far and so far you're the only pig I’ve come across! Now i can see you've got a bit of extra baggage with your piglets there but don't worry, i have money and i can send them of to a private school (i.e. a sausage factory). So my question is, please, will you marry me? With love, CreepyBacon p.s Don't read in between brackets, it's nothing important for you to see, actually while im thinking about it, can you even read? |

I never bothered to send in anything to Postie Pete...what are the chances that you'll actually get answered? Plus, I don't know where on runescape.com to go send it in. Maybe you have to email them...I dunno ![]() ~Skeroh |

Theres really no point in sending a letter. If you think about your chances, there not too good. Theres maybe about 3 million people who play rs and about a million of them send letters. Only 10 people get chosen so basically you can say there not going to answer your question. ![]() |

Yeah you have a fair comment there that the chances are near impossible but i was at home and i was bored out of my mind so i thought i would do it ![]() Dear occupants of Rimmington, I have often walked to your fair town, stopped off at the store, picked up a bronze scimitar or two, and even done a quest for this nice witch in one of your houses, yet i still wonder, who owns this fair place, is it owned by the witch or by the generally store, or perchance does no one own this place? If no one owns this great town i would like to know, how does one apply to ownership? I am asking these questions because i beleive Rimmington does not get the publicity it deserves. Back to when i was a noob, probably not so long ago, Rimmington was my favorite city, a log respawn for fire making, rats to kill if you get bored, a shop to sell your scimitars too, plus a place were i could replenish my arrows, yet you never hear anything about this place, it's always Varrock or Falador that steals the publicity, and if it wasn't for recipe for disaster, Lumbridge would of suffered the same fate. Yours faithfully Tastemysword P.S. Rimmington ftw! |

Manya: Dear Tastemysword I'm not too sure if you're aware, but we are governed by the throne of Falador, as we are a part of Asgarnia, after all. Each entire kingdom, along with its selection of towns and cities are governed by the Kings, who else? We are sorry that our town isn't very popular, even though we house now a wandering arrow merchant who supplies great arrows to those unable to have the advantage of the art of fletching, and you may not believe it, but we do get a number of customers here who like to chop the nearby yew and willow trees, and sell them with ease at our general store, saving them precious time returning to Falador and storing them in their bank. We also house a hardworking chemist, whom a number of adventurers seem to visit quite often to refill their oil lamps, create barrels of that foul-smelling naphta, and convince those 3 loonies who work for him to carry vials of Saradomin knows what. It's a shame, for we have hoped to live here in peace and quiet, but now we are becoming the center of attention, thanks to that egghead. ... Manya, what are you doing? Manya: Um, I'm answering their letters. Duh! You're not supposed to answer the letters, even though you DO live in Remmington. This is just a forum to ask what people have sent to Postie Pete. Aw, there's no fun in that! |
