I have all 214 of them. As for a favorite, hmm... I really liked Rum Deal because of all the silliness. A Soul's Bane was fun to do and I loved the artwork, even though the reward wasn't much. In terms of rewards I'd say it's a tie between Regicide and Ghosts Ahoy. I also liked the set-up of Recipe for Disaster and Desert Treasure.

I think my favourite would be the Biohazard quests where you go into West Ardougne. Thought they were interesting.

I really like challenging qests so I chose Underground Pass,
