Post subject:  Reporting people
So you can report someone, and the admins can see the last 60 seconds of someone. But what if it is in another language? (other than english)

There was a lot more but these were the last few lines :P

oke to make the translation short he was using a lot of "private body parts" :P and saying lots of other thing before that

Jagex probbaly has a translator or other people that can speak different languages.

Jagex most definitely have people who speak Dutch. If the conversation was reported on a Dutch server, they're more than likely have Dutch-speakers to deal with offenders.

Even if Jagex doesn't have a dutch person translater, I'm pretty sure they can put it into a internet translater, and can get a vague idea of what is being said.

Or they have someone in the company who speaks dutch :o big companies like that like to have people who can speak different languages in them. They tend to employ people for just that purpose.

I'm sure they have translators or that internet one proved useful. Did you report them then? My boyfriend's got banned for 3 days 'for encouraging other to break rules' but I think he was speaking in english!

It says on the Jagex corporate site they're going to move runescape into several other languages soon, so they must have a few linguists.

The thing about translators is that it's ineffective when translating most swear words. It'd take a person who understood the language in order to take action against a lot of what's being said.
