Well I was bored and checked out the RuneHQ and they got the info how much how much atk bonus d 2h gives ( which it is better than whip  ) and that not only Chaos Elemental drops it, but KQ drops it also ( good luck Creepy, if you will be lucky you might get one  ) which why caused verac to went up in prices.

its not better same thing with long and scimmy..long better stats but scimmy owns it in speed... nice observation to bad to all those peps who sold there verac a day to soon

If you wear veracs you are able to solo the kq. But, youre gonna have to be quite a high cb level. Most go in pairs. |

Super. More competition there, already hard enough trying to keep a world yesterday was impossible people kept popping up everywere. We're aiming on getting one by end of this weekend so we can cash in before people start realizing it's crap.

People go on about how the whip is so much faster than most weapons, but the truth is, they is hardly any difference. It has always been and always will be "Bob hits Sam, Sam hits Bob, Bob hits Sam, etc", I have never seen myself or anyone else hit twice in a row, minus special attacks from d hally or dagger, so there is no reason why "speed" should be an issue. |

It hits faster, faster hits, faster xp and it's powerful, would you rather train with a Dragon 2 Hander or a Whip if you wanted fast xp??
If you watch you a can see the whip hits faster, it's not so fast that it hits twice in a row, but it's a great deal faster than a 2 handed weapon. |

There is no point, it may be 'faster' but if it doesnt make a difference in amount of damage per time then why bother? Dragon Battleaxe 4 lyphe

Dragon Battleaxe 4 lyphe The point is you hit more often so in the long run you do more overall damage because you get more hits in.

Weapon speed is very significant, and it does make a difference in damage per time. If you're fighting close up, a dragon scimitar is the best weapon for its cost. |

D 2hander is only good strength wise, whip it is hard to hit 30+ cuz it sucks at max hitting.. With a d long i can hit 38+ with a whip i can barely hit 32.. Whip still ownz all other weapons overall. Sure whip isnt the best in all aspects, like it cant str train unless on controlled.. But i would rather use a whip where i hit 90-95% 20-28's all the time compared to maybe a 30, then 5, 20, 1, 0, 15 etc with a d2hander.. even if i potted, by the time the d2hander came to its 2nd hit, i would be owning with my whip. The faster a weapon attacks the faster exp you get depending on how accurate it is, and considering whip is very accurate, for me at least, it is therefore a much better weapon than dragon 2 hander. |

The only thing 'faster' that a whip has than any other weapon is animation. Like it or not, that IS ALL it is faster at. You hit the same amount of times, in the same amount of time, minus a few milliseconds. |
