Ok, if you think you have a keylogger on your computer, here's a way to get around it. You can use the handwriting tool on your computer. It'll type into runescape as you draw your characters on the pad. however, if you have really bad handwriting, you can use the on-screen keyboard. It'll make your password virtually like a bank pin. I just tried theis method, and it will actually log me on to my account |

Thats a good way to be safe. I don't think anyone will want to have to write their name and password to log in every time also. Most of the time people don't know if they have a keylogger, thats why they are successful at stealing passwords. But your suggestions would do the trick. ![]() |

If you KNOW that you have a keylog...another solution would be to delete it. ![]() |

That's a pretty slick idea. But I doubt I'll use it ever. I don't think I'd get a keylogger so easy. |

I use the On Screen Keyboard every time I log in. It's the only way I feel safe, and sometimes Spyware Searches aren't quick enough. So unless you run Spyware searches everytime you log on to your computer, before you do anything else, it would be wise to use the On Screen Keyboard. That's just my opinion. However it can get annoying if you have friends over or something, you have to kick them out of the room for a minute. ![]() |

Keyloggers only detect what is typed in from the keyboard. Not what is clicked on by the mouse. ![]() |
