Its safe. You can download it from http://www.zybez.com or from the runescapecommunity forums. Many people use it, mostly pkers because their clans use the built in chat function. I have used it in the past a few times, it is safe.

I use it, the only problem is it needs updating atm. the official site is http://www.swiftswitch.net. It's quite simple from there. click on download :roll:
