The guy is needed for melee, without too much damage taken, if damage is taken would like to be close to a bank for food, also what armor should i use for these monsters, thanks a lot:)

Trying to keep your defense at 1 and getting attack up is pretty easy for a short period of time. Hit the dummys in varrok. As you use them to much you will not be able to learn from them anymore. At that point you can give up on them, or use beer to get drunk and use them a little more.

After you get done with that I don't know where to go, probably chicken will give the least damage on 1 def.

thanks, in beyond that though, im at 50 att 50 str, ive been doing cows, but now i hit 11's + and i want to get the most i can. Since cows only have 8 hp im loosing 12 xp much of the time etc. I tried crabs, they do work but i need to use a shark every 5 minutes or so and they are in the middle of no where.
Just wondering if there is anything easier.

~thanks for the tips though dave :)

Anytime. :) Glad to help ya out. If ya need anything else I will be there.

I did some small research and I found something that might be pretty good for a while. Fairly close to a bank. Scorpions in dwarf mines or the Al Karhid mine pit. Again, its pretty close to a bank. You'd get 68 xp each kill. With one defense best you could wear is iron. They would still hit you so bring along those sharks you talked about. I am not quite sure how long a shark would last you there. You will have to test it out a bit.

Besides those, rock crabs are probably the best, even though they are far from a bank.

Train on dwarves at the dwarven mine. You can heal at monks if you want.

Experiments have 100hp and you get 400exp each kill, but you have to do priest in peril in order to get there.

Well, if you're p2p and have completed Recruitment Drive, you could just kill white knights with just your weapon and keep spawning back in falador. That won't work if Recruitment Drive or Black Knights Fortress gives def xp but i don't know (look it up someone, i'm too lazy).
