Post subject:  Tips for 1 def pures looking for 'melee' training.F2p.
Just some information.
Monsters and Strength levels you should train on them with
You may also train your attack to these levels to.
Monks- 1-20 Strength. Monks Guild.
Dwarves- 20-30 Strength. Dwarven Mine.
Barbarians- 30-40 or 50 Strength. Barbarian Village.
Scorpions- 40 or 50 Strength- 60 Strength.
You can train on Scorpions for along time.

Helpful Hints for winned training spots.
Get 32 Quest points, start 'Dragon Slayer,' (DO NOT FINISH!!)
Get up to the 'Melzars Maze' portion of the quest, there are Ghosts,Zombies in 'Melzars Maze.'

The wild is the most excellent place to train 1 Defence.
In about level 6 wild there is 'Dark Wizards'
Wear Dragon Hide,Leather armor,Wizard hat,they barely touch you.

A little crowded at some times but,
Hill Giants are a good ideal for pures.

not much of a guide, anyway, how are you supposed to wear dragonhide at 1 defence.

you can wear drag chaps and vambs..only if you made a 1 def and 40 range...
