Now...
Why would this be the "stuck" page in the book of
folklore belonging to the Wise Old Man of Draynor Village?

Could this be foreshadowing future events(updates) to occur?
Oh I hope so! :D

until they either officially announce it or update it we wont know for sure what is in the future. as for foreshadowing of the future could be a possiblity, but like you said you found it in a book of folklore.

i don't think it's nonsense. If you read that other book and then read the authors comments (or something like that) he will say that hee found some sort of teleportation device. And that it probably runs on hot air or dragon flatulence (whatever that may be).

So I think that those elders dragon are coming and that we can use the teleportation device.

That would be, in so crude of terms...
Dragon farts/gas.

Regardless...
I mainly wanted to bring this observation up.
I mean who knows what actually gets released
on this game other than from reading behind the scenes?

The other way we can second guess Jagex
is by looking at our surroundings, and drawing
conclusions based off what we see.

I was simply letting others know about
my discovery, whether anything comes of it
or not. Just wanted to hear a few opinions.
