how come a lower lvl with the same wep but i have higher attack and strength hit higher than me ? |

He would hit high there you because: 1. He might've potted, and had beter equipment like ammies. or 2. He might've used some prayers that increase attack, strength or defence. or 3. He would've been a pure, with low defence, and very high strength and attack for his level. or 4. He might've been very lucky that day. |

Because the combat system sucks so bad that 80 percent of the time a lower lvl with worse stats ends up better? |

1. He may have used prayer,potions,ammies and stuff to hit higher. 2. may have been a strength pure? 3. Maybe he was as shocked as you were to hit higher then you can.
