Post subject:  Always listen to the newbies RuneScape k?
look at the new updates. are they for the high lvl members? NO. well they do happen but rarely.

the only reason runescape updates are there is for the free players(mostly newbies), to get attracted and join them. not bacause of what members are paying for.

newbies always get owned by granite mauls, then whine all about it. what happens, jagex makes maul specs suck! then they whine about whips, same thing happens, spec downgrades.

castle war update. no more alchers. thanks to the newbies who always lose and blame it on the alchers. didnt they know that they could do the "reconnect" trick?


basically this is a "combination" thread from all the reasonable threads in the rants forum.

My god i hate the newbies now. Further more, could you please defen the term 'alcher' from castle wars. i think i know what you mean but i'm not quite sure. Thanks

Dam right. The VERY moment we get a good update they whine like morons and get it changed to suit them. What really REALLY ticks me off is when we finaly get an update (desert treasure) and they go on to say "omg its always 4 hig lvls like 100+" i HATE them. I wish i could reach through my pc and smack there stupid faces in for being such complete and utter moronic idiots. God i hate low lvls for those simple dam reasons.

I no i am not that high in lvl terms but every time something like the whips comes out i always think yes something good to aim for... then the NOOBS moan and get it taken away. the change from the spec means it can take almost 2 times as long to kill.. Its the same with Maul...

Yes i agree. Same thing with the magic bow specs it sucks now it uses like 65% of the bar or something when it used to be like 3 spec per full bar. I think jagex should not listen to the whiny people and work on things we will have to work to get to! I wanted a whip but now that the spec sucks i heard its not that great anymore. Even though i dont like some updates jagex does, Im used to it, ive been playing runescape from almost the beginning and I am a very wise person on how runescape works in game terms. Jagex makes what the suggestions are and come out with the odd update that surprises us and then gets changed b'cuz of newbs whining that they dont have 50 agility and theiving to use it... Anyways jagex is going down hill and I am thinking all they want is the people and they'll skip quality for it. Theres my 2 cents :lol:

High lvls RARELY whine on the runescape forums. Mainly because they get flamed by imature idiotic prats. (sorry for the bad wording..but thats what they are) as for what you say..those low lvls have to lvl up or they give up at lvl 60 cause there stupid morons who can't manage to gain 10k exp. Then the ones that make it to the 80s quit because they have nothing to do. And why? Because they moaned like hell. I have a very very deep hate for 90 percent of the people on this game just for because of what they have done to it.

Ahh. Another hate newbie topic. My fav. Newbs...very annoying and repetetive...espeicially beggars....KILL THEM ALL. :evil: :evil: Also there are those that are extremely obnoxious with high lvls. Supposely a lvl 50 could be mouthing off to me just because I dont answer their idiotic questions..

About the whining and crying. I have no clue why they chaanged the specs. I'm not completely positive that they changed their minds when noobies complained. Also, i see tons and tons of low lvls saying 'buying maul'..It has been lowered possibly for their sake yet they are buying one of the worst overpriced weapons.

I SAW A LVL 5 MEMBER THE OTHER DAY! WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU! Not only can he afford 5 dollars a month, but that the Members game doesnt intimidate him, like it did me in Classic...

There isn't a level requirement to join members... why be shocked even if a combat-3 joins? It happens all the time. Jagex has to respond to the masses and not the few. Consider the maul- It's capability to three hit so fast gave it an unfair advantage. The players that felt wronged complained, but the players with the mauls said nothing. Shouldn't they have listened to the only people speaking up?

I'ts like that with most things. The people that voice their opinion get what they want.

the spec updates, they happen without the players knowing. did they post on the new update list? no. they kept it a silent update coz they think they can get away with it.

mauls are mainly used for pking, people want to kill others very fast. thats why they get mad when their spec got downgraded. maul and whips used to hit 0 or max with spec.

before the update. the players can high alch in the mini-game. this poed some newbs who literally joined for the same reason(lvl 15-40s). they blamed it on the alchers who took up space.

An alcher is a person who high alchs...like since alching takes quite a long time they take the runes for high alch bring noted things to alch preferably bows and sit there and alch.

flipping noobs!!! i bought a maul like the day after the spec downgraded and didnt kno, so i was stuck with a worthless wep i payed 550k for!!! :x
and yea i hate that in cw when noob skrews it for the rest of the team...oh btw i first scored in cw when i was lvl 50 xp
