The santa is in the country and you can ask him for a present.
You can find the santa in falador, varrock and ardougne i think

you can't trade it and when you lose it you can get a new one in draynor

it's not a drop just talk santa

woot, santas in town! the yoyos are so fun, and they are super useful in the wilderness. i was having a dm with a level 80 at the chaos alter thats way out there in the northwest and i guess he hadnt seen them yet but he was so distracted by it he missed a couple 20s i got by and died :lol:
