make more members stuff for free?

I only became a member cause i did everything i could in f2p! And besides f2p is lucky to get holiday items such as the new yo-yos.

Well I upgraded to members for the same reasons most do, there was nothing left for me to do in f2p.. like the highest lvl thing to train on in f2p is lesser demons (or greaters if you wish to fight in wild) and there wasn't much left for me to do.

If they add more stuff to f2p, thats more stuff for the f2p people to do and less chance of them getting members so Jagex will not do this.

That is true, main reason i am a member is because i love to do quests!!! cept underground that i am on becuz i keep falling down off the ledges but im ok, i just need to find some dwarfs brew or something of another but ne who members is great for training becuz like Mike said its too dangerous to train on greators in wild and lessers are only good for maging in wiz tower and meleeing on karamja, i like the baby blues so i can get my prayer and regular stats up. but other then that f2p basically sucks unless they can get money to b a member then ya they will join, when i first saw all 3 god capes i was stunned so then i rushed to b a member when i hit lvl 74, now i am 82 close to 83.

I wondered what those capes were for the longest time and where to get them lol. I'm like how do they get that gold on the bottom of their blue cape?!?! I like my Zammy cape though

Same here Mike. Back when i was a f2p nub(lvl39) I saw the zammy cape for my first time and i was like "woah they changed the way black capes looked!" Then i went and killed a highwayman and i got a black cape and i was disappointed cause it didnt look the same!

i agree with all you people who said no!!!! like some one has already said most f2pers are only temps and makin more members stuff free wont change that!! if they are serious they would pay and be a member not jus play for a few weeks then move on!!

well, i have good arguments for both of the alternatives.

For yes, more stuff too f2p.

They haven't got any new stuff on a long time now. You cant ignore them because they are like 3/4ths of all rs population.

For no, no more stuff for f2p.

THEY DONT PAY! They doesnt pay for runescape. How could runescape exist if noone would pay? half of all runescapes income comes from members payments, rest comes from advertising. Runescape needs money to be able to make new stuff. And because f2pers doesnt pay, they deserve too be without.

i think they shouldnt make any stuff for nonemembers. Bevause jagex has tto earn money. And the more updates for nonemembers the less people are actually going to become members. :roll:

meh..these threads wind me up "free should get updates cause without us you wouldnt of became members!!" then surly every noob should get free stuff because yea we were all noobs once right? You get enough updates as it is, you got the new random events like mimes didnt u? not to meantion you gained aload of members trees when rs2 came out, oh and you got a new skill! ohh yes and you got new bows/arrows hmm yep your pretty neglectid arent u oh and god armour, rune (T)(G) black (G)(T) addy (G)(T) gilded armour..i think is free as well the list goes on oh and you have had one new quest i could carry this on but as you see there have been enough updates for free its just ungratefull people who want more and more cause they wont pay for it.

No...free players aren't paying to help the game. It's us members that are paying for all the updates, why should F2P get some of the stuff MEMBERS pay for?

Free players are already getting lots of new worlds...(which btw, members pay for :wink:

technically members dont pay for all of the new things. Sometimes Jagex have to put in some money everynow and again. But most of the time they just sit back and watch everything come to them.
