Ok ive started playing runescape again- what happened while i was away!!!

for one it seems that jagex turned into pervs while i was away and released miniskirts and hotpants and make girls have longer legs bigger chest and big *****.

then it turns out they have released a dwarven shopping center and a train network with keldagrim.

and i can now talk to the cats with the reward from a certain new quest

and can jump
and people now go around in psycopathic looking probably super-dupa powerful "barrows gear"

and finnally i went to cut a tree and a nest with an egg fell out?!?!? and draynor is now uber-popular because of seeds????? i actually bothered to collect 100 potatoes??? farmers are crowded so people can get watering cans and rakes????
what is going on?
i leave for a month and this happens!
