Start by visiting http://www.blog-city.com. Blog City is a great site for creating a free blog. You should find a box that looks like this.
In this box put the name you want for your blog.
After this a box like this should come up. Make sure you accept the terms and conditions.
After you have filled that out it will go onto step 2.
Fill it out, click next and then click Create your free Blog.
