Signup for the new Skill of The Month has started! The skill this month is: Defence. Please signup at http://www.rsbandb.com/skotm, you will need a valid forum account to signup. Signups close on the first day of the month. The competitions begin as soon as signups close.

The May competition continues until June 1st.

This is a good excuse for me to get 99 Defence but my membership will run out during june, will that cancel out my registration for SKOTM?

I wouldn't be opposed to pre-determined "themed" months, like if a big update to a skill is coming out. I think that would add relevance to the Skill of the Month so we aren't pulled away from participating because something new and awesome was added ingame.

When there aren't things like hinted at, then we can let Fred do what he does.

Well personally, I'd like to see Skotm on a rotation of all 26 skills. Some skills haven't been touched in a loooooooooooooong while whereas others show up a little too often. Idk, maybe that's just me. And I know it's not Fred's fault. He just does what he does.
