Signup for the new skill of the month has started! The skill this month is: Farming. Please signup at http://www.rsbandb.com/skotm you will need a valid forum account to sign up. Signups end on the 1st of the month. The competition begins as soon as signups close and xp has been taken in at 12:01 AM RSBANDB time on the 1st.

The August competition continues until September 1st. Winners of the August skill of the month will be announced September 1st. Don't forget to bet on what next months skill will be! The winner(s) will receive a pot generously donated by the events crew.

Also please take note of the poll on this topic. Basically since pest control was updated to be less effective we feel we should ask this question again.

I choose no in the poll, mainly because I don't like combat. Any combat SKOTM should be slayer.

50. Used to be 30 but some people came, got 30 posts just to compete and stopped posting.

It's more than just posts... There's a few other things too that I'm not going to mention. Also I changed the post requirement back to 30... Same as the highscores for the other reqs.

Yea, i'm sure he's already entered, that's one reason why I won't enter :P

I voted 'Nay' on the poll. Though I do combat and 'like' it I don't think it should be a SKOTM since we're mainly a skilling community.

Did Fred really choose this one, Shane? Or did you pick it?

I still say you could enter shane, you wouldn't be able to rig it without anyone knowing...

People could just look up your farming xp at the start of the month and your farming xp at the end of the month to see if it matches the graphs
