SKOTM is updated with a new skill monthly as the name suggests. The new skill is summoning. www.rsbandb.com/skotm
Keep in mind that their are requirements before you can enter.

Because that wouldn't be fun for the people that actually tried to train the skill and win. There would be no point if everyone that signs up wins.

It's kinda of like if everyone who bought a ticket won the lottery. There really wouldn't be that much cash for everyone. It's better when one person wins it all rather than everyone winning. The fewer the winners, the more prestige and kudos. 8)
