Also, add to your guide that buying plant cures from Elstan (I haven't been to any patch other than south of Fally) is cheaper than from the stores...I don't know about any other items you can buy from him though |

You should add something like "Farming is a real time process, your crops continues to grow when you logout" |

Just a little hint to everyone, if you let a farmer take care of your plants (veggies only), they won't die *cough*Plant as many veggies as you can and let farmers take care of them all*cough* |

Gardeners: The gardeners come in many shapes and sizes, and are found at every plot of farmable land, except spirit tree patches. Gardeners will tend your crops and make sure they are watered and do not catch disease if you pay them to look after your crops. This is very useful as it lets you simply ignore the crops, and come back after a certain period of time (even while being offline!) and harvest them. Farmers by the large farm places with allotments, will only look after the allotments (require paying for each seperateley), and not the flower or herb patch Here is an (very) incomplete list of what the gardeners require in payment for looking after different crops: Yannilian Hop- 1 basket of tomatoes Potatoes- 2 buckets of compost Onions- 1 bag of potatoes Cabbages- 1 bag of onions Tomatoes- 2 bags of cabbages Cadavaberry bush- 4 bags of cabbages Sweetcorn- 5 jute fibres Apple Tree- 9 sweetcorn Bannana Tree- 4 baskets of apples Willow Tree- 1 basket of apples Gardeners don't just look after your crops though! No these handy NPC's will also sell you some farming gear should you get caught without it, most notably plant cure potion at less than shop price! Gardener: Plant Cure- 25gp Compost- 35gp Rake- 15gp Watering Can- 25gp Trowel- 15gp Seed Dibber- 15gp Farm Shop (at full stock): Plant Cure- 40gp Compost- 20gp Rake- 6gp Watering Can- 8gp Trowel- 12gp Seed Dibber- 6gp Secateurs- 5gp Spade- 3gp Plantpot- 1gp Empty Sack- 1gp Basket- 1gp |
