I just was wonder what everyone thoughts are on this reset the net movement. I have personally gone ahead and signed and will be using such software in any applications that I create in the near future.
If you don't know what reset the net is, search for it on google or watch the video on you tube on your own time. I am not pressing my opinion, just asking for yours.

I'd say it really needs Google to join the campaign if it's to get anywhere. But I'm all for it.

No I will not be joining the movement, so they can have my name and know i'm expecting privacy? An organization called Tails had their program passed around my university for the past year and it's wonderful. The internet is a giant tool for everyone to use and we as users do not need a company like Google who is at the helm of passing data to the NSA to soapbox the campaign of online privacy. If you want to stay informed on this topic i suggest you follow Kim DotCom on Twitter, he is leading the fight for online privacy.

This is the organization that was shown to my university and ran through the ranks of my classmates. I run my TailsOS off my a flashdrive and it's essentially Windows Xp. Perfect online privacy, all with no major companies like Google needing to back it because it was designed by the internet and distributed by the internet.
