The reason I don't use microsoft services

They don't seem to get it, ever.

They need to salt + hash passwords, and the implementation of a limit implies that they are not.

Outlook is cool, I guess, but it is utterly useless if users can't have complete security.

So tell me, what is complete security? And why on earth would Microsoft store there passwords in plain text?

Here's how safe your password is, trimmed down to 16 characters. All you've got to do is change it every 2-3 months and it will be the safest thing you've ever had.

So what is complete security?
