Lol @ Bell Canada giving me charges for things that aren't allowed to charge for, they are just jelly that I am a Teksavvy customer and not a slave to them.
It's funny too because I sent them a link to a CRTC ruling saying they can't do what they just did, also told them how they bsed me about not being able to get a higher speed/more stable connection when my neighbours have 2x my speed and can actually watch youtube videos and download files (yep I can do neither since my internet is so crap)...they better fix their **** soon and stop spewing out lies.
Base line is **** Bell Canada

It's the internet. You can say ****. Or ****. Whatever.

Ugh, that sucks. Good thing you knew enough to complain, and good on you for forwarding them the CRTC ruling. Does Bell Canada have a Twitter account? Seems whenever I mention Comcast in a tweet, one of their PR people quickly messages me and tries to help. I'll give them that - they want to protect their image.

Don't disagree at all. In the same boat. The only option I have to connect to the internet is through the mobile network or dial-up. Went with Bell Mobility. I'm on my third wireless router and speed is mediocre. I can watch Youtube vids but I have to watch how much bandwidth I use or I jump into the next pricing bracket. Bell is very expensive and not so reliable for what you get. Wish I could have more options, but sadly this is what I have to put up with. I feel for you, brother.

This seems like their only twitter account is http://twitter.com/#!/bell_mobility but I sent them a message on their support forums if they don't listen to that then I'll try twitter (don't even have a twitter account, lol)
But while I was looking for Bell's twitter account I found this, you know they suck when someone has made an account dedicated to insulting them

It's quite funny actually, read a few of their posts.

And thanks for the support Dano, this has been going on for months as you know and Bell is nearing the end of my string.

Did the math, and we could get 110 more channels, 10 times faster internet, and the same unlimited calling plan for the same price as we're paying now for our services if we got FiOS. Its offered all around, but for some reason our street doesn't exist according to their online website...

I remember when they kept charging us $110 bills even though our bill was $50 and I also remember when they never gave any of it back and I also remember when a bell person changed some **** in our house and was supposed to charge $99 but did it for free because he wasn't going to rip us off and I also remember when their caps and speeds are overpriced and I also remember when every other option is just as good as them and I also remember when I used "good" to mean "complete ****"

$100 | $70 | $54 | $40 /month

The ultimate package is sorta a lie, you don't need super fast DL speeds for gaming, just good ping, and you can get that with the essential package.
Either way, the best ISP on the continent serves my state :3
