Hello dwellers of RSBANDB, Trekkie here!

With black Friday and Cyber Monday Upon us, I am currently feel it is time I let myself have some fun and build a new rig.

I love my rig, but new games are coming out and I need more POWA!

Any ideas/ combos/ OMG TREKKIE THERE'S A SALE!

Post them here for me please.

I'm looking to spend roughly 600-700. Don't need mouse/keyboard/ software etc. I just need the case and the nice stuff that are inside.

Thanks yall. And happy holidays.

If you live near a Microcenter, you can usually get a motherboard+CPU combo for a decent price in-store. You might also get a discount on the RAM as well, I'm honestly not sure as I don't live near one. These deals are substantial, but I'm not really sure of one off-hand.

Newegg already has their Black Friday deals leaked, and most of the online retailers have been having deals all week / month now. Seems they've turned everything past Halloween into one "sale" event.

Amazon will likely price match on their site, so keep an eye out for that as well if you don't want to deal with Newegg/others.

Dealing with the random sales is going to be tough, so I won't do a bunch of linking. Anything with a decent price is generally sold out quickly, so the more "normal" deals will be longer lasting. I can say that SSDs are increasingly going on sale and are selling for cheaper ($0.30/gig or thereabouts), and with that budget I'd really consider one. It does make a world of difference in your user experience. 120gb as a minimum, but 240+ is really where it's easiest to use.

I got it to $770 all from Newegg. Adjust the merchants as you wish.
